…it’s a new life for me…and I’m feeling good

This is my sixth day in London. First day I had mixed feelings because I had just arrived to London, a very big city with a lot of things to do so I felt happy, but on the other hand, Inma had to work that day so I was alone in London. I didn't know much what could I do on my own so I decided to surf the Web and look for something to do.

I remebered some friends told me about Gumtree, a web of classifieds, and I decided to post an ad there for a language exchange. I could never think there were so many people who want to learn spanish, and I received a lot of mails from people who want to meet me. Then I felt so happy :)

That's how I met Mike and Catherine, my firsts new english friends in London :)

At the weekend, Inma had a lot of time for me (thank you) and we went out with Ricardo and his croatian friend Marko. Last friday's night we went to a funky party at Madame Jojo's in Soho. We had a good time there, however it was so hot in that place.

Last saturday Inma had to work from home, and we were trapped by the sofa so we didn't go out until six o'clock to meet Ricardo and Marko at 1001 in Brick Lane, near Liverpool Street Station. When we came back home by bus to have dinner and get ready for more party, i started to feel sick. I decided not to go out that night but then Ricardo, Marko and Raul (another spanish friend and Ricardo's flatmate) arrived and they persuaded us to go out with them. We visited G-A-Y, where the music was so nice and then Guanabara where the music was better and we were dancing all night long :D

Now I'm waiting for PeLuso who arrives next wednesday from the United States.

And this is the story of my first weekend as a Londoner, it's a shame we haven't any picture.

mmm, I’d enjoyed readding your story, and I so happy now that I know about you and that you’re fine. Remember when we’re talkin about your future journey, a big step in your live, but you are a great girl able to do great steps, like that. I’m so happy you feel good, but I’m a bit sad because we must to wait for a time until we meet you again and enjoy great moments like last summer.

Uf, I’m talking in english last week, in Scotland, then, a day in Paris trying to talk in french, and when I arrived at Madrid, last Wednesday, I meet Kristin, a german girl, and we went out with her ‘guiris’ friends, so I spend all the night talking in english again! and now… I have a ‘language-chaos’ in my head, but I’m talking in english again (ah!, sorry for my poor and bad english :P ).

Now, Javi and me are preparing to come back to Sevilla, looking for the sun, jeje. Do you want we send to you some sunlights? :P

I hope you enjoy in London. I think, in one or two more weeks, London will burn in hell ;) See you! besos & kisses!!!

Hi!! well, first of all, yes I’m a english freak! that’s why I write you in english. I didn’t know exactly how to leave a general comment so I dropped in here bcz it’s the only post in english..;-). you may remember me, one of the thousands of Elenas at the Etsii. Elena Lozano introduced us…
Well, the point is that I’m studying in Cranfield, 80 Km away from London. I was playing with elena’s blog, saw your blog’s link among the others and I clicked it just for fun (kinda nosy, why not? ;-) ). I just bumped into your english post and it caught my attention so I took a deeper look and found out you’re in London!! I didn’t know!!

After all of this intense monologue I just want to let you know that we can meet someday in London or around by…You already got my email!!
